Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Ananás Goa. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors to purchase clothing and lifestyle accessories. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
 

Pricing & Services
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

Shipping & Returns

Pan India Delivery: 5 to 8 working days.

Do get in touch with us for orders outside of India.

Express delivery is what we usually offer, but due to the current Covid-19 situation we may be unable to stick to our delivery dates as mentioned. We will still try and do our best to have your package reach you on time wherever you are.

 

Charges

Free Shipping Pan - India.

For orders outside of India, do get in touch with us for pricing and shipping information about the same.

 

Kindly note, shipping and handling charges may vary based on the number of products, size of packaging and destination. The final total amount for shipping will be mentioned during checkout.

 

All our orders are processed via our Head Office in Goa, where our warehouse is also located.

 

Payment Modes

We accept all major debit/credit cards for shipping pan India.

Cash on delivery is not provided at the moment.

Do get in touch with us for payments related to orders outside of India.

 

Bulk Orders & Shipping

Please feel free to reach out to us for bulk orders, shipping costs, and tentative delivery timelines for the same. Kindly note, that the cost of shipping will vary based on quantity of products ordered and is subject to availability. 

 

Non - Availability upon Delivery 

You are requested to please provide us with your shipping address in detail, which includes landmarks and contact details of the person to be contacted for delivery. Our partners will do our best to deliver your order for a maximum of two times before it is returned back to us.

 

Please note that any orders shipped and returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect or you being unavailable at the time of delivery, will not be eligible for any refunds. We may be able to re-ship your order upon full payment of the shipping charges as per actuals.

 

Tracking

Upon successful confirmation of your order, we will share with you a tracking number via our delivery partners through which you would be able to keep a track on the status of your order and tentative delivery date via their website.

 

Refund Policy

Our store has a 10 day refund policy. We will provide you with details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any and all orders exceeding the 10 day window will not be eligible for a refund.


We will notify you upon receiving your items and upon thorough inspection we will keep you you notified about the same. Once the item has been cleared for a refund, your amount will be automatically refunded to your payment method within 6-10 working days. (Please note that some banks may take longer to process).

 

Please note that due to Covid-19, a few of our products will not be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch with us for any queries that you may have on sales@ananasgoa.com.

 

To initiate a refund request, you are requested to kindly contact us on sales@ananasgoa.com along with details as to why you would like to return the item. Any returns without a refund request will not be eligible for a refund from our end. Please do not send us the items without initiating a request as we will not be to proceed with the refund process.

 

In order for your order to be eligible for a refund, the items must be meet the following:

 

The condition of the item must be the same as that received by you.

All items should be unused/unworn and free from any stains, marks and damages such as accidental tears.

The tag must be in its original state and not torn/pulled out from the item.

Original packaging must be kept undamaged and free from any stains/cuts/tears.

A copy of the Proof of Purchase/Receipt should accompany the item refund request and originals sent along with the package to be returned.

 

The cost of returns will be borne by the buyer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund/returns.

 

Damages

All products sent by us are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team before it has been packaged.

 

Pease note that we use the highly experienced and professional courier agents to ship all of our products.

 

You are requested to kindly check the items received by you and do keep us informed about any damages (if any) that may have occurred at the time of shipping.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Ananás Goa. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ananás Goa assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Right to Change and Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

 

Promotional Emails and Content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. 

 

Preference of Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of India, Goa, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Goa, India.
